Workout Log


Workout Log Feature:


This new will allow the customer to keep track of progress through their workout program.


The status is indicated with a small tick (green or white) for each completed exercise, day and week.

The customer can use Workout Log to record sets, reps, weights etc. as they complete exercises..

They will also be notified when a Personal Best is achieved.

In Workout Log, only exercises which have been completed by the customer will be listed. This is where the customer can search for the exercise and view exercise history.

How will the exercise history show up in Workout Log:



 Exercises that are completed and saved by the customer with a note, metric, or without any of the previously mentioned will show in the exercise history. It will also show the date and time in which the exercise was saved. Note: If the exercise was saved without a note or metrics, it will show the text; ‘Exercise Completed.’



The latest Personal Best record of the customer and unit will appear on top of the exercise history page and on the left-hand side corner of the relevant exercise information box.


Below the Personal Best record, the calculated mean value of the tracking metrics will also be shown. Eg: If the tracking field is reps, the mean value will be generated by calculating the total number of reps completed by the customer.



The customer can also edit or "in-complete" a completed exercise.
