Exercise Swap 

This guide will explain how exercise swap is enabled and how it is implemented within your platform

You can enable customer exercise swap within your platform.


  • Just go into Settings - General
  • Then scroll to the bottom of the page
  • Switch to Yes to activate, then Save

Enabling exercise swapping

  • Note: Customer can include a message in their injury swap request. This will allow you to select an appropriate alternative exercise, or you can reach out to the customer requesting more information. This can help decide correct action.
