Reset Customer Password 


Here we will cover how to reset a customers password.

If a customer is having trouble resetting their password, you can do this manually within your platform.

  • First go to Sales - Subscriptions, then search for the customer by email
  • Click Manage to open the customers account
  • Click on the customers name to open their profile
  • Scroll down to Account Settings & input a new password for the customer (e.g. their first name followed by 123# - John123#)
  • Scroll to the bottom & click Save
  • You can now send this new password to the customer
