Creating Coupons
The following videos will show you how to create both one off coupons and permanent coupons.
Please Note: Trainers can’t create 100% discount coupons. Trainers can’t create currency discounts. If you need any of these made, please contact support or mention it to your creator success manager.
One Off Coupon
A one off coupon is applied to the first payment of a recurring subscription. After this first payment, the customer will then be billed at the recurring set price.
Note: After creating a coupon make sure you sync to Stripe to finalise
Permanent Coupon
A permanent coupon is applied to a recurring subscription ongoing. The customer will be billed at the discounted rate.
Note: Permanent coupons cannot be used on one-off product plans (only recurring subscription plans).
