Changing Customer To A Different Product Plan
To change a customer to a different product plan, the customer must subscribe/signup to that product plan.
At present changing a customer to another product plan is not possible within the platform or Stripe. The best approach is to cancel the customers current subscription within Stripe, then send them a new product link for the other subscription. However, do tell your customer to login to their account first, i.e. they can sign up again with the same account - email & password.

Within Stripe, you can change a customer to a new pricing plan without cancellation.
Note: this will not update the customers existing product plan
Important Note:
You cannot generate a new plan for a customer manually in Stripe. As a result no subscription will be created in platform (no plans). Subscriptions can only be created when the customer signs up via the platform. The platform needs their data to generate a workout & meal plan.
