However, in some situations your customers will not complete the subscription data form (where they input their age, height, weight, goal etc...) If this is the case, you will see the following 'no data' attached to the customer under subscriptions (see below)
All customers are required to complete this form in order for the platform to generate a meal and/or workout program for that customer.
If the customer does not complete and submit the subscription data form, the platform will send them an email notification titled 'Customer subscription is incomplete' (see below)
Important: Make sure this is turned on within your platform
On receiving this email, your customer will be able to login to their dashboard, click the notification, and finish completing the subscription data form. However, if your customer doesn't receive an email, or you want to send your customer the link manually, you can do this below.
Click on the following icon to bring up the unique URL
Copy this link, and email it directly to your customer. They can then login and complete their subscription data form
