Changing Diet Preference
This guide will show you how to change a customers diet preference.
Changing Diet Preference
- In your platform go to sales then subscriptions
- Search for the appropriate customer by clicking on the search button in the top right corner.
- Hover over the customer and click the “Manage” tab.
- Once you are on the customers 'subscription management' page, click on their name to access their profile.
- Scroll down to 'dietary data' and select new meal category from dropdown.
- Then press Save
- Now, scroll down and click on 'generate meal plan'
- Customers meal plan will be updated with new diet preference. You can now go ahead and generate a new updated meal plan
