How to sign in as your customer
This guide will show you how to access your customer's members area to see what they are seeing.
You no longer need to change your master password in order to sign in as a customer.
In your platform, head to
Accounts -> Customers
Search for the particular customer and click Log in
next to the customer's name at the far right.

Always check this first before reporting a fault
If you log in as a customer and do not experience the same issue this could be due to:
- Their internet connection - ask your customer to check their internet connection
- Their phone - ask your customer what type of phone they have and to take screenshots/recordings if appropriate.
